Vehicles with confiscated origin must be registered at the Traffic Police Department.

Particularly for communes where a part of the administrative boundary is separated or merged with many new commune-level administrative units, while waiting for the completion of population data, vehicle registration for organizations and individuals in that commune will be carried out by the Traffic Police Department.
