Attending the conference were comrades who were leaders of the 12th Corps Command; heads of the General Staff, Political Department, Logistics and Technical Department; Party committees, commanders, heads of departments, offices, and functional agencies of the 12th Corps and units and schools in the 12th Corps. The conference was held in a combination of in-person and online formats with 246 delegates attending.

At the conference, delegates heard the key contents of the 14th Central Conference of the 13th tenure, including: Evaluation of the results of implementing the tasks of socio- economic development, national defense and security in 2025; Party building and political system work; key directions and tasks in the last year of the 13th tenure; preparation of conditions to serve the 14th National Party Congress.

At the same time, the conference comprehensively disseminated the contents of the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress of the Army, especially the viewpoints, goals, targets, tasks and solutions to build a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern People's Army; improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Army Party Committee; promote the core role of the Army in defending the Fatherland and participating in national construction.

In his speech, Major General Tran Dai Thang requested Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to quickly develop plans to study, disseminate and implement the resolution at their level; focus on closely linking the characteristics and tasks of agencies and units; promptly put the resolution into practice in leadership, direction and organization of task implementation. Major General Tran Dai Thang emphasized the need to promote propaganda work, unify awareness and action, promote the exemplary spirit of cadres and party members; promote collective intelligence, proactively overcome difficulties, and be determined to build a clean and strong Party Committee of the Army Corps, a comprehensively strong Army Corps that is "exemplary and typical".

The conference took place seriously and closely, ensuring the correct program and content, creating an important foundation for cadres and party members of the entire Corps to firmly grasp the Party's viewpoints and guidelines; determined to compete to successfully complete the 2025 tasks and build a strong Party Committee of the 12th Corps in the new term.
