During the visit, the delegates attending the Conference watched a video clip introducing the overview of the unit. Accordingly, Brigade 649 is stationed in 4 wards and communes of Hai Phong City with a total management and use area of ​​nearly ^70,000m2 . Then the delegates directly visited the newly built ships of Brigade 649 under Project VT-21 including a 3,000-ton oil transport ship, a 550-ton landing transport ship; visited the repair workshop and the ST-294 patrol and troop transport ship of Military Region 3.
