Ngoc Island is increasingly attracting tourists with its cool green space and many attractive services.

Dai Lai Lake in Ngoc Thanh Commune, Phuc Yen City has long been a famous tourist destination of Vinh Phuc . In the middle of the lake is Ngoc Island - like a bright pearl with awakened potentials for spiritual, experiential, resort and ecological tourism. With natural advantages, since 2005, the Provincial People's Committee has approved the overall planning of Ngoc Island, building this place into a unique tourist destination.

From a pristine island that only attracted tourists to explore, visit, and sightsee, the 3.7-hectare island has now become a sparkling “gem” with many resorts and a variety of attractive tourism services.

When Dat Tien Company Limited was approved for investment, it named the island Ngoc Island and unleashed its inherent potential. Ngoc Island was invested in elaborately with winding walkways, detailed and meticulous landscape renovation with lush green lawns, wild flowers blooming all year round or artificial waterfalls attracting tourists.

Ms. Phung Thi Ly, Director of Dat Tien Company Limited shared: “In order to create a new, attractive and unique space for tourists when coming to Vinh Phuc, the company has invested and completed projects and services within 18 years.

In the early years, with difficulties in means of transport and transportation to transport materials to the island, the infrastructure system here was not available, and human resources were difficult... But with the determination to form a separate tourism product, creating a highlight for Dai Lai Lake tourism, the company invested methodically, each stage forming a recreational and entertainment spot to attract tourists.

With the vast space of water waves caressing the island all year round, from the inside, priority is given to attractive views, entertainment areas, walking paths, camping areas or outdoor swimming pools with an area of 900 m2... overlooking Dai Lai Lake, Tam Dao Mountain, Flamingo Resort. Behind is a towering bamboo forest that almost completely embraces the resort.

The entertainment system is formed with a separate play area for children and adults; water park, cool spring, swimming pool, hot mineral mud bath, lakeside promenade or indoor and outdoor food court with local specialties.

To meet the needs of tourists when coming to the island, in phase 2, from 2020 - 2023, the company has completed a system of modern villas designed by leading Vietnamese architects, all of which have a view of the lake and are fully equipped with internal amenities such as an infinity pool, a rooftop cafe overlooking the lake, an outdoor barbecue area, etc.

Along with that, the bungalows spread out in the forest create a poetic and interesting experience for visitors when coming to the island. In addition, with a spacious, green campus and full dining services such as bars, cafes, karaoke, Ngoc Island can also be a place to organize events, teambuilding, meetings.

Returning to this island after 10 years, I see many changes, the entertainment and recreation systems are well invested and the dedicated and hospitable service of the staff has left many good impressions”.

Creating products aimed at customer segments from low-end to high-end, Ngoc Island has attracted more and more tourists. In particular, the highlight of the island is Linh Thong Pagoda. The pagoda was restored after the war, leaving only the old foundation, with an area of over 1,000 m2, this area includes the pagoda, the Ancestor's house, the Mother's house designed in an ancient architectural style, highlighting the traditional beauty of ancient Vietnamese pagodas. Coming here, visitors can admire, calm down and listen to the sound of the pagoda bells and Buddhist philosophies, and experience spiritual tourism.
