Crimes against social order continued to be controlled and reduced beyond the target assigned by the Ministry of Public Security (an average reduction of 8.4% per year). The rate of handling denunciations and reports of crimes was always high, over 94%. The movement of the entire people to protect national security was promoted and spread widely with 93 types of models at more than 1,000 locations across the province.

Social security and charity activities are regularly implemented, typically the program to support the construction of houses for meritorious people, poor veterans, and the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province with 963 houses from 2021 to present, with a total support budget of over 45 billion VND and 4,800 working days.

From the achievements, in the past 5 years, Ha Giang Provincial Police was awarded the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of Public Security; 3 collectives and 3 individuals were awarded the Third Class Military Exploit Medal. Ha Giang Provincial Police received over 128 letters of commendation and thanks from the Party Committee, government and people.
