Accordingly, 2 land fill mines in Dong Hoa town include Hoc Cua land mine, Nam Binh 1 (Ban Nham Nam), Hoa Xuan Tay ward with an area of 20 hectares, estimated resources of 2 million m³, starting price of more than 3.97 billion VND; Nui Cay Tra land mine, Phu Khe 2 village, Hoa Xuan Dong commune with an area of 11.458 hectares, estimated resources of 1 million m³, starting price of more than 1.985 billion VND.
The other two landfills include the Nguyen Trang village mine, Son Nguyen commune, Son Hoa district with an area of 8.2 hectares, estimated resources of 1 million m³, starting price of over 1.88 billion VND; the Dong Mon village mine, An Hoa Hai commune, Tuy An district with an area of 11.24 hectares, estimated resources of 1.5 million m³, starting price of over 2.977 billion VND.
4 construction sand mines in Dong Xuan district include the sand mine in Phuoc Hue 2 village, Xuan Quang 2 commune with an area of 5 hectares, estimated resources of 125,000 m³, starting price of over 1.395 billion VND; the sand mine in Long Thach village, Xuan Long commune with an area of 2.14 hectares, estimated resources of 50,000 m³, starting price of over 558 million VND; the sand mine in Long An quarter, La Hai town with an area of 5.4 hectares, estimated resources of 130,000 m³, starting price of over 1.451 billion VND; the sand mine in Tan Long village, Xuan Son Nam commune with an area of 13.7 hectares, estimated resources of 350,000 m³, starting price of over 3.9 billion VND.
In addition, there is the sand mine in Chi Than village, Duc Binh Dong commune, Song Hinh district with an area of 8 hectares, estimated resources of 200,000 m³, starting price of more than 2.2 billion VND; the sand mine in Tay Hoa quarter, Cung Son town, Son Hoa district with an area of 4.5 hectares, estimated resources of 120,000 m³, starting price of more than 1.3 billion VND; the sand mine in Phu Sen village, Hoa Dinh Tay commune, Phu Hoa district with an area of 10.05 hectares, estimated resources of 250,000 m³, starting price of more than 2.79 billion VND; the sand mine in Hoi Tin village, An Thach commune, Tuy An district with an area of 5.1 hectares, estimated resources of 125,000 m³, starting price of more than 1.4 billion VND.
Phu Yen province also conducted auctions for 7 quarries for construction materials, including 2 Ban Nham Nam split stone quarries, Hoa Xuan Tay ward, Dong Hoa town; Tan An village quarry, Suoi Bac commune, Son Hoa district; Hoa Dinh Tay commune quarries, Phu Hoa district; Tuy An district has Phu Thanh village quarries, An Chan commune (17 hectares wide, estimated resources of 3.5 million m³, starting price of over 13 billion VND) and Doc Suc, An My commune; Lanh Truong village quarries, Xuan Lanh commune, Dong Xuan district. These 7 quarries have an area of over 65 hectares, estimated resources of 8.4 million m³.
The auction time for the above 19 mineral mines is in 2023.
