Accordingly, the province strives to have 100% of eligible administrative procedures provided as full-process online public services and integrated on the National Public Service Portal by the end of this year.
In 2026, Quang Ngai will continue to maintain the provision of online public services for all eligible administrative procedures, ensuring that online application submission time is less than 5 minutes, application processing time is reduced by at least 30% compared to direct submission; and people's satisfaction rate reaches 95% or more.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to preside over the completion of the information system for handling administrative procedures, synchronously connecting with the National Public Service Portal; the Department of Finance to advise on the policy of "0 VND" fees and charges for online public services; the Provincial Police Department to coordinate to ensure the smooth implementation of essential public services. Departments, branches and localities are required to step up propaganda, encourage people and businesses to use online public services, contributing to improving the effectiveness of administrative reform and digital transformation in the province.
