Identifying digital transformation as a driving force for development, communes, wards and towns in the province have made efforts to deploy many digital transformation solutions, initially creating positive changes in the awareness of cadres, civil servants, public employees, businesses and people. Up to now, 8/8 residential groups in Trung Nhi ward, Phuc Yen city have established a Working Group to implement the Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation.
Working groups are all trained in digital transformation knowledge, thereby propagating so that people gradually become familiar with the concepts of digital transformation, digital technology , digital platforms, digital government, etc., contributing to raising awareness, understanding and interest of cadres, civil servants, public employees, people and businesses in implementing digital transformation.
Up to now, 100% of cadres, civil servants and officers and soldiers of the ward police use official emails, have accounts on the National Public Service Portal and accounts on the province's shared software; 100% of outgoing and incoming documents in the digital environment are processed and circulated in accordance with regulations; 100% of administrative records and procedures are received and resolved on the electronic one-stop system, the rate of online records is more than 46%.

The rate of households paying electricity and water bills online is increasing; most convenience stores and businesses in the area use QR codes in transactions.

Trung Nhi Ward is focusing on developing and perfecting information technology infrastructure and shared information systems to improve the quality of public service provision; enhance interaction between people, businesses and the government, and improve the efficiency of government operations.
To improve the quality of service to people and businesses, and build a digital government, Tam Son town, Song Lo district has focused on investing and upgrading computer systems and network lines to serve work. The staff and civil servants are regularly trained to improve their knowledge and skills in using technology, software, and applications in state administrative work.
Up to now, 100% of cadres and civil servants have been granted digital signatures and use them regularly; 100% of outgoing and incoming documents are processed and circulated in accordance with regulations, and there is no longer a backlog of unprocessed documents.
At the "one-stop" department, 100% of citizens' records and administrative procedures are received, stored, and resolved in an interconnected electronic environment on the management software system.
In addition, the locality has deployed a camera system to monitor security and order on major traffic routes, promptly detecting many violations of the law and traffic accidents in the area.
By the end of 2023, 100% of agencies and units in the political system at the three levels of province, district and commune will be equipped with computers, LAN, and fixed broadband internet connection to serve professional work.
However, many devices are provided in different stages, so they are not synchronized, and many old devices affect the deployment of shared applications.
People's Committees of communes, wards and towns and agencies and units in the province are connected to broadband internet and dedicated data transmission networks; the rate of households with fixed broadband internet reaches 90%.
The online video conferencing system in 136 communes, wards and towns is effectively operating to serve meetings from the central to provincial, district and commune levels.
The whole province has activated more than 625,200 electronic identification accounts, reaching more than 86%; more than 14,800 digital signatures have been provided for people and businesses to use for digital signing, authentication, and implementation in electronic transactions...
In order for the digital transformation model to become increasingly effective, localities are continuing to strengthen propaganda so that people clearly understand the benefits of digital transformation, establish online transaction habits and use smart devices and computers as essential tools, directly serving life; pay attention to investing in upgrading information technology infrastructure according to the application roadmap and implementing digital transformation, meeting the requirements of handling administrative procedures of people and businesses.
Thereby contributing to accelerating the progress and efficiency of digital transformation activities at the commune level, keeping up with the general digital transformation trend; striving for Vinh Phuc to be in the top 10 provinces and cities leading the country in digital transformation by 2024.
