The Central Inspection Commission held its 29th meeting to consider many important issues. Accordingly, the Central Inspection Commission considered the proposal of the Party Executive Committees of Gia Lai and Tay Ninh provinces on disciplinary action against violating party members.
Specifically, the Central Inspection Committee found that Mr. Nguyen Van Du - former Party Secretary and former Director of Tay Ninh Provincial Radio and Television Station - violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks and implementing public investment projects.
Pursuant to Party regulations, the Central Inspection Committee decided to issue a disciplinary warning to comrade Nguyen Van Du.

For Mr. Huynh Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Gia Lai province; Hoa Cong Hau - former Member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Health of Tay Ninh province, who have degraded in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks, violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, public outrage in society, and negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization.
The Central Inspection Committee proposed that the Secretariat consider and discipline Mr. Huynh Van Tam and Mr. Hoa Cong Hau.
Also at the meeting, the Central Inspection Commission reviewed the results of the inspection of the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary tasks within the Party for the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; and the inspection of party finances for the Standing Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee.
Accordingly, in addition to the advantages, the above Party organizations also have a number of violations and shortcomings in leadership, direction, organization of the implementation of inspection, supervision, and disciplinary tasks within the Party and the management and use of Party finances and assets.
The Central Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Inspection Commission of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee to promote strengths, seriously review, learn from experience and promptly correct violations and shortcomings that have been pointed out .
