According to the Vietnam Road Administration, storms No. 10 and No. 11 (storms Bualoi and Matmo) have devastated and caused great damage to people and property, seriously affecting all aspects of life and socio-economic life in the northern mountainous provinces, North Central and Central regions.
Implementing the Prime Minister 's direction on urgently overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10 and floods, promoting the spirit of solidarity and mutual love, agencies, localities, units and sponsors are actively transporting relief goods to affected areas, helping people overcome the consequences, soon stabilize their lives and restore production.

To support transportation activities, the Vietnam Road Administration recommends that investors and project management units direct toll stations to exempt road use fees for vehicles transporting relief goods.
Management units need to coordinate with road management areas and relevant agencies in confirming and facilitating the organization of lane division and traffic flow, giving priority to convoys transporting relief goods through toll stations quickly and safely.
The Vietnam Road Administration requires that the suspension of toll collection and exemption of fees for the above vehicles must be carried out in accordance with regulations and not affect traffic safety and normal circulation of other vehicles.
