Proposal to introduce some sports, entertainment and electric car activities to serve tourism in Tan Trao commune area

At the meeting, delegates listened to representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Transport, People's Committee of Son Duong district; Hong Hac Dai Lai Joint Stock Company and relevant agencies report and propose a pilot plan to organize water sports and entertainment activities (Na Nua boat, raft, bar raft, Kayak, Sup board, water roller ball) in Pho Day river area, Tan Trao commune, Binh Yen commune (Son Duong) to serve tourism on the occasion of the opening of Tuyen Quang province's Tourism Year 2024; report and propose a pilot plan for electric 4-wheel vehicles (no fee during the time of completing operating procedures according to regulations) to serve tourists visiting restricted areas at Tan Trao National Special Monument, propose traffic diversion and parking plans.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong chaired the meeting.

Son Duong District People's Committee reported the results of the auction of land use rights for the area recovered by the Provincial People's Committee and assigned to the Son Duong District Land Fund Development Center for management; the plan to move stalls in the relic site and to renovate and clean the sidewalks...

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong said that the enterprise's proposal to introduce a number of water sports and entertainment services and electric cars to diversify and improve tourism services at the Tan Trao National Special Relic Site should be supported.

However, to implement this, he requested that departments, branches, Son Duong People's Committee, and Hong Hac Dai Lai Joint Stock Company coordinate to research, advise, and propose feasible, practical, certain, and regulated solutions that ensure safety and receive high consensus.

He requested relevant provincial authorities to guide Hong Hac Dai Lai Joint Stock Company in completing documents and procedures to apply for a certificate of eligibility to conduct business in water sports and entertainment activities, transport passengers by electric car, develop tourist routes, and improve the quality of tourism products and services.

Son Duong District directed the local authorities and local people to arrange and tidy up the stalls, regularly clean the roads and sidewalks of the relic site. Hong Hac Dai Lai Joint Stock Company received opinions from departments, branches, and sectors, and the People's Committee of Son Duong District to review and develop plans to deploy scientific services, suitable for practice and in accordance with regulations.
