Notably, the VietinBank iPay application for individual customers continues to attract millions of users. The proportion of transactions via the iPay channel reaches 91.6% of total individual customer transactions - VietinBank iPay Mobile is not only a digital banking application but also a digital ecosystem, connecting with many domestic and foreign service providers, providing all daily needs of customers.
The eFAST application is considered a digital financial assistant with more than 130 features that have attracted thousands of businesses to use regularly. In particular, in 2024, to keep up with the trend of digitalizing services and improving customer experience, VietinBank officially launched the online disbursement feature on the digital banking platform for individual customers and corporate customers. For corporate customers, businesses that have been granted a loan/guarantee limit and have a digital signature can make disbursement transactions and issue guarantees online right on the VietinBank eFAST application.
With the eFAST feature, businesses can disburse/issue guarantees anytime, anywhere, even when business leaders are on business trips. As a result, businesses save time and transaction processing costs, reducing all costs of printing, transporting and storing paper documents. VietinBank Vinh Phuc is considered a pioneer in the field of investing in technological innovation and deploying modern banking services in the province.
With proactive, flexible, creative and practical solutions, by the end of July 2025, VietinBank Vinh Phuc's end-of-term capital reached nearly 15 trillion VND, an increase of more than 701 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year, an increase of 5.1%. Total outstanding loans reached over 13 trillion VND, an increase of 667 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year, an increase of 5.3%; the bad debt ratio accounted for only 0.01% of total outstanding loans, much lower than the permitted level and the average level of banks in the area and the entire industry system. Capital increased mainly in the retail segment and the FDI customer segment (leading in region 1 in terms of average retail growth).

At the end of March 2025, VietinBank Vinh Phuc signed a contract with Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Japfa Comfeed Vietnam) to use ERP connection services - opening up opportunities to improve financial efficiency and optimize business management processes. Using ERP service connection not only helps the company optimize financial processes; but also affirms VietinBank's commitment to providing modern digital banking solutions, supporting businesses to develop sustainably".
