The highest military school floor score is 23 points.

(NLDO)- On the evening of July 23, the Military Admissions Board, Ministry of National Defense, announced the minimum scores for admission to 20 military schools in 2025.

Accordingly, the Military Science Academy has the highest minimum score, requiring candidates to achieve a minimum of 19-23 points. Of which, 23 points applies to female candidates.

Next is the Military Medical Academy, from 19-20.5 points, the Military Technical Academy from 18-20 points.

The remaining schools have a floor score of 14.5-19. Of which, the lowest level is at the Political Officer School.

The Military Admissions Board notes that the above minimum score for receiving application documents is based on a 30-point scale of admission combinations from the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam and includes incentive points and priority points.

In case candidates have capacity assessment test scores from Hanoi National University and Ho Chi Minh City National University, they will be converted to a 30-point scale for admission consideration.

The capacity assessment test is converted according to the admission combinations of each school, not including incentive points and priority points; the result of the highest converted combination is included in the admission consideration.

The score for receiving application for admission according to the combination D01, D02, D04 of the Military Science Academy is the score without multiplying the coefficient for foreign language subject.

Note, academies and schools enroll students in the Northern region and the Southern region according to administrative boundaries before the merger.

The Border Guard Academy and Army Officer School 2 recruit candidates from the South according to the quota of each military region including: Military Region 4 (candidates with permanent residence in Quang Tri province, Hue city according to administrative boundaries before the merger), Military Region 5, Military Region 7 and Military Region 9.
