On the morning of November 19, after receiving a report from Duy Nghia commune authorities about the continued erosion of An Luong embankment, threatening the safety of 500 households in the area, Colonel Tran Huu Ich, Commander of the Da Nang City Military Command, mobilized more than 300 officers and soldiers from agencies and mobile units to the scene.
At the same time, the unit requested Military Region 5 to increase the number of officers and soldiers of Division 315 by 200.
Despite the heavy rain, more than 500 military officers and soldiers marched on the night of November 18 to reach the scene. Officers and soldiers quickly deployed rescue plans and controlled each major landslide site to protect people's lives and property. Hundreds of sandbags were urgently transported to patch the landslide sites, preventing them from spreading.

By 7:30 a.m. on November 19, landslide sites were stabilized by military officers and soldiers.
The City Military Command is coordinating with local authorities and relevant agencies to comprehensively assess the risk of landslides and propose long-term prevention solutions, with the goal of protecting the safety of An Luong residents.
