Hac Thanh Ward arranges additional points for receiving documents and returning administrative procedure results

Civil servants of the Public Administration Service Center of Hac Thanh ward handle administrative procedures for citizens.

Accordingly, from November 24, 2025, Hac Thanh Ward People's Committee will receive documents and return administrative procedure results at 2 locations, specifically as follows:

First location: Nguyen Hoang Avenue, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province (At Hac Thanh Ward Administrative Center).

Second location: No. 28 Le Loi Avenue, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province (At Thanh Hoa Provincial Public Administration Service Center).

Hac Thanh is the most populous ward in Thanh Hoa province, with over 197,000 people. Therefore, the number of organizations and citizens coming to resolve administrative procedures at the ward's Public Administration Service Center is very large.

To ensure the Center operates smoothly, without making organizations and citizens wait too long, on October 28, 2025, the Ward People's Committee sent an official dispatch to the Provincial People's Committee requesting to arrange an additional administrative file reception point for the Hac Thanh Ward Public Administration Service Center.

On November 6, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 19484/UBND-HCC on arranging additional locations to receive and return administrative procedure records to the Hac Thanh Ward Public Administration Service Center. In this dispatch, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dau Thanh Tung agreed with the proposal of the Hac Thanh Ward People's Committee on arranging additional locations to receive records and return results of the Hac Thanh Ward Public Administration Service Center and the Dong Son Land Registration Office Branch at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
