Dak Lak launched youth volunteer teams to support people in the eastern flood-hit areas.

On the afternoon of November 23, at the Central College of Industry and Trade (campus 2), Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union of Dak Lak province organized a launching ceremony for youth volunteer teams to support people affected by floods in the eastern region of Dak Lak province.

Comrade Luong Minh Tung - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province, Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union encouraged youth volunteers at the launching ceremony.

Speaking at the program, comrade Luong Minh Tung - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union hoped that with the enthusiasm of the youth, this campaign will contribute to helping people in flood-affected areas soon overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, restore their daily activities and production. The Provincial Youth Union Secretary suggested that, with the spirit of "Where there is a need, there is a youth, where there is difficulty, there is a youth", the volunteer teams continue to promote the spirit of initiative, scientific , safe and effective action; closely coordinate with the functional forces so that the support work is deployed quickly, according to the needs of the people such as: supporting the evacuation of people, transporting necessities, helping people overcome difficulties, general environmental cleaning....

This time, 55 volunteers from the West came out to support people in the flood-hit areas in the East of the province .

During this period, in the West of the province, there were 55 volunteers who were lecturers, doctors, pharmacists, young nurses, youth union members, students from Dak Lak Medical College, Tay Nguyen University, Buon Ma Thuot Ward Youth Union, Thanh Nhat Ward Youth Union participating with functional forces and on-site volunteer teams to support people in the flood-hit areas in the East of Dak Lak.
