After being invested nearly 25 billion VND for renovation, Ly Tu Trong flower garden (Thuy Khue street, Tay Ho district) has a new, spacious, clean and beautiful appearance, attracting locals and international tourists to visit, take photos and check-in.
The project to renovate, repair and upgrade Ly Tu Trong flower garden (Thuy Khue street, Tay Ho district) will be implemented at the end of 2023 with a total investment of nearly 25 billion VND.
This is where the statue of Ly Tu Trong - a member of the first class of communist youth union, a typical example of the indomitable fighting spirit of Vietnamese youth for the Independence and Freedom of the Fatherland, is located.
Currently, the walking paths in Ly Tu Trong flower garden are paved with rough granite. The lighting system, seats, and trash cans have all been replaced.
To limit motorbikes from entering the flower garden area, partial barriers are installed at all entrances, leaving only pedestrians open.
Currently, this place attracts a lot of people to exercise. People living in the common area feel that, compared to before, the flower garden is brighter, cleaner, more airy and has more trees.
Many new trees have been planted and some trees that were tilted due to the impact of storm No. 3 have also been restored.
Public transportation systems of bicycles and buses serving tourists are arranged right outside Ly Tu Trong flower garden area.
In particular, Ly Tu Trong flower garden is close to tourist attractions such as Quan Thanh Temple, Tran Quoc Pagoda, West Lake... so it attracts a lot of tourists to visit, take photos, and check-in.
