The Provincial People's Council has just issued Resolution No. 31/NQ-HDND on adjusting the development investment capital plan from the central budget and provincial budget to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction, plan for 2023.
Accordingly, the 2023 capital plan of 2 investment projects from Sub-project 1 (Developing vocational education in poor and disadvantaged areas) under Project 4 (Developing vocational education and sustainable employment) was adjusted down, with a capital of 13 billion VND.

Adjusting the capital plan for 2023 to allocate for 3 investment projects from Sub-project 1 (Supporting investment in developing socio-economic infrastructure in poor districts) and Sub-project 2 (Implementing the Project to support some poor districts to escape poverty and extreme difficulties in the period 2022 - 2025) under Project 1 (Supporting investment in developing socio-economic infrastructure in poor districts), with a capital of 13 billion VND.
Including: Adjusting the 2023 capital plan to allocate for 1 completed project, handed over and put into use under Sub-project 1 (under Project 1), with a capital of 1 billion VND; adjusting the 2023 capital plan to allocate for the commencement of 2 new investment projects under Sub-project 2 (under Project 1), with a capital of 12 billion VND.
The Provincial People's Council assigns the Provincial People's Committee to organize the implementation of the Resolution and report to the Provincial People's Council at its meetings; assigns the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council Delegation Groups and Provincial People's Council Delegates to supervise the implementation of this Resolution.
This resolution was approved by the 10th Dak Lak Provincial People's Council, 10th Special Session on October 10, 2023 and takes effect from the date of approval.
