During the morning market on the same day, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy (49 years old, in An My ward, Tam Ky city) was also invited to promote the current voluntary social insurance and health insurance policies of the state.

After receiving detailed and enthusiastic advice from the propagandists of Quang Nam Social Insurance, she realized the many benefits of participating in voluntary social insurance and health insurance for her and her family.

"This is a very useful policy for our people. From now on, I see that it is very necessary to participate in voluntary social insurance to ensure the future. With health insurance, I also feel very secure in case I get sick," Ms. Thuy shared.

Ms. Do Thi Bich Hoa - Head of Communications Department of Quang Nam Social Insurance - said that currently, the provincial Social Insurance is deploying a mobile booth to promote voluntary social insurance and self-paid health insurance policies with the goal of bringing these policies directly to freelance workers and traders...

According to Ms. Hoa, for a long time, the unit has been propagating policies on social insurance and health insurance, but only to a certain extent.

"It is very necessary to bring social insurance policies to freelance workers and people with income so that they can understand and participate," said Ms. Do Thi Bich Hoa.

The head of the Quang Nam Social Insurance Communications Department said that he hopes to raise people's awareness and understanding of the voluntary policy so that in the future, participants will have a pension, a stable income and a free health insurance card, helping to stabilize their lives, their families and contribute to the development of social security.

In addition, bringing mobile booths to markets aims to bring social insurance policies closer to people, so that people can have their questions answered and feel secure in participating.

According to Quang Nam Social Insurance, from this May, each month the unit will have 1 day to organize mobile booths at all markets in the province to promote current social insurance policies to small traders and freelance workers.
