On the afternoon of November 11, after having enough players, U22 Vietnam entered the first training session in Sichuan (China), preparing for the opening match against U22 China, within the framework of the international football tournament CFA Team China - Panda Cup 2025.

In this training session, Viktor Le, Nguyen Dinh Bac and Minh Phuc - the players who played a lot in round 11 of V-League only did light recovery exercises. The remaining players were reinforced with tactical exercises, trained in team coordination and quick transitions to prepare for the opening match against U22 China.

Coach Dinh Hong Vinh took time to encourage his players, and emphasized that although this training session did not have much time due to the V-League competition schedule, that was not too big of an obstacle for the whole team.

"This is the time we need to focus and show the highest level of professionalism," coach Dinh Hong Vinh emphasized.

Regarding the opening match against U22 China, coach Dinh Hong Vinh said that he and his colleagues had prepared carefully and highly appreciated the progress of the home team. Through three confrontations in international friendly tournaments organized by CFA, U22 China showed that they are opponents with good physical foundation, increasingly modern playing style and are clearly improving.

The match between U22 Vietnam and U22 China will kick off at 6:35 p.m. on November 12 in Sichuan, China.
