Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, on November 22, 2024, the Delegation of Officials, Artisans, and Actors led by Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Giang Nguyen Si Cam participated in activities to celebrate Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23), 2024 in Lang Son province. This is one of the activities to implement the Memorandum of Understanding of the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the two provinces on implementing measures to coordinate and link development between the two provinces of Bac Giang and Lang Son in the period of 2023 - 2025 and the following years.

Attending the meeting with outstanding artists and artisans and the Discussion on the Anniversary of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23), from Lang Son province, there were comrade Duong Xuan Huyen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, a number of departments, branches and sectors of the province; artists, actors, officials, members of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association; members of the Provincial Folk Song Conservation Association, the Provincial Cultural Heritage Association; the Provincial Cultural and Arts Center and representatives of members of a number of outstanding Folk Song Clubs; from Bac Giang province, there were Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Si Cam; representatives of the leaders of the Department's Office, the Cultural Heritage Management Department, the Provincial Museum and artisans and actors from the Cheo Club of Yen Dung district, Then singing - Tinh instrument of Luc Ngan district, Quan Ho folk songs of Viet Yen district.

During the program, delegates watched a clip reviewing the tradition on the occasion of the 19th anniversary of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23, 2005 - November 23, 2024) and the results of the work of preserving and promoting the values of cultural heritages in Lang Son province . At the program, delegates had a discussion to exchange and share experiences, solutions and recommendations in the work of preserving, maintaining and promoting the traditional cultural values of the two provinces of Bac Giang and Lang Son and proposals and solutions to improve the quality of cultural and artistic activities .

In the evening of the same day, at Ky Lua walking street, Hoang Van Thu ward, Lang Son city, a folk song exchange program took place between the cultural and artistic clubs of the two provinces. In which, the clubs of Bac Giang province performed special performances: Quan Ho, Cheo, Then singing - Tinh lute, leaving many beautiful impressions.
