Before the souls of the heroic martyrs at the Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs Cemetery and Truong Buon National Historical Site, the delegation of the Ministry of Home Affairs respectfully offered incense and laid wreaths to express deep gratitude to the previous generations who fought bravely and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, regaining peace , independence and freedom for the nation; opening an era of freedom, the people have the right to be the masters in building and developing an increasingly prosperous country.

The delegation of the Ministry of Home Affairs vows to continuously strive to practice and promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity in building and developing the economy and society. Strengthen education on the tradition of patriotism, revolutionary heroism, and determination to protect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the new situation; strive to successfully carry out the cause of building and developing the country, for the goal of a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness, and civilization.

In Anh Son and Nam Dan districts, before visiting and presenting gifts, the delegates respectfully observed a minute of silence to commemorate the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong - an outstanding leader who devoted his life to the country and the people.

Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Vu Chien Thang and Deputy General Director of Vietcombank Phung Nguyen Hai Yen presented gifts to policy families in Anh Son district and Xuan Hoa commune, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province.

To show gratitude and share the difficult circumstances of the families of war invalids , sick soldiers, and families with revolutionary contributions, the Working Group presented 500 gifts, each worth one million VND along with gifts to the beneficiaries in Anh Son district and 500 gifts, each worth one million VND along with gifts to the beneficiaries in Nam Dan district.

Speaking at the visit and gift-giving ceremony, Deputy Minister Vu Chien Thang shared that the gifts have practical meaning, contain warm feelings, and show the gratitude of cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees of the Ministry of Home Affairs towards the families of war invalids, sick soldiers, and families with meritorious services to the revolution in Anh Son and Nam Dan districts.

On behalf of the Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry and civil servants of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Deputy Minister Vu Chien Thang sent best wishes to the families of war invalids, sick soldiers, and families with revolutionary contributions in the two districts. The Deputy Minister hopes that the families will continue to promote noble ethics, educate the heroic tradition and sacrifice to future generations to build happy families, a prosperous homeland and firmly protect the Fatherland.
