The Hanoi City National Assembly Delegation coordinated to provide support for temporary housing demolition and returning to the source in Tuyen Quang province.

- On the evening of June 20, in Tuyen Quang city, the delegation of National Assembly deputies of Hanoi city, led by comrade Pham Thi Thanh Mai, member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the People's Council, Deputy Head of the City National Assembly Delegation, organized a fund-raising ceremony to support the Fund for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Tuyen Quang province.

Delegates witnessed the Hanoi City National Assembly Delegation presenting a symbol of support to the Fund for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses of Tuyen Quang Province.

Welcoming and witnessing the support handover ceremony were comrades: Ha Thi Khiet, former Secretary of the Party Central Committee, former Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, non-professional Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Ha Thi Nga, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Ma Thi Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; and leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

The Hanoi City National Assembly Delegation in coordination with the Capital Lottery Company donated 120 million VND to support the Fund for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Tuyen Quang Province. This is a practical and meaningful support from the Hanoi City National Assembly Delegation on the occasion of the journey back to the source in Tuyen Quang Province, towards the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2026) and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

The National Assembly Delegation of Tuyen Quang province presented the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi city with a painting of Na Nua Pavilion.

At the same time, it shows the affection and sharing of Hanoi Capital towards Tuyen Quang - the Capital of the Liberated Zone, the Capital of the Resistance, contributing to effectively implementing the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in Tuyen Quang province.

* On the morning of June 21, the delegation of National Assembly deputies of Hanoi city, led by comrade Pham Thi Thanh Mai, member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the People's Council, Deputy Head of the City National Assembly Delegation, organized a trip to the Tan Trao Special National Relic Site (Son Duong). Joining the delegation were comrades: Pham Thi Minh Xuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Ma Thi Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Tuyen Quang province.

Delegates offer incense at Lan Na Nua.

At the Tan Trao Special National Relic Site, the delegation visited and offered incense at Na Nua Lair, where President Ho Chi Minh stayed and worked from late May to August 1945 to lead the preparation for the General Uprising to seize power; offered incense at Tan Trao Communal House, where on August 16-17, 1945, the National Congress met to decide on the policy of a General Uprising to seize power throughout the country, 10 major policies of the Viet Minh, stipulated the National Flag, National Anthem and elected the Vietnam National Liberation Committee, the provisional government with leader Ho Chi Minh as President.

Delegates listened to an introduction to the history of Tan Trao Communal House.

The delegation also offered incense at the Memorial of President Ho Chi Minh and revolutionary predecessors; offered incense in memory of President Ton Duc Thang at the National Assembly Standing Committee Relic Site, in Trung Yen Commune (Son Duong) - the residence and workplace of the National Assembly Standing Committee of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam during the period 1952-1954.

Delegates visited the Memorial House in the National Assembly Standing Committee Relic Site, Trung Yen Commune.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh and his revolutionary predecessors, the delegation of National Assembly deputies of all terms of Hanoi City expressed their infinite gratitude and deep appreciation for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and his revolutionary predecessors to the glorious revolutionary cause of the nation. The activity of returning to the source in Tuyen Quang is an opportunity for the National Assembly deputies of all terms of Hanoi City to review the revolutionary tradition, pay tribute to the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and his revolutionary predecessors; at the same time, continue to promote the sense of responsibility in the cause of national construction and development.
