Voters of Vinh Loc and Thach Thanh districts highly appreciated the fact that the National Assembly had accepted and explained the proposals and recommendations that voters had reflected through the activities of the provincial National Assembly Delegation and the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels; at the same time, they hoped that the XV National Assembly Deputies would continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, perform well the functions and powers of People's representatives, and regularly listen to and fully and honestly reflect the thoughts and aspirations of the People to competent authorities.
In the spirit of frankness, openness and responsibility, voters of the two districts proposed and recommended many issues related to political security, socio-economic development, and stabilizing people's lives.

Voters in the education sector suggest that the National Assembly, ministries and central branches pay attention to reviewing the regulations on percentage for grade II professional titles in an educational institution to make it suitable; arrange teachers with appropriate expertise to contribute to thoroughly solving the current situation of school violence; soon have solutions to overcome difficulties for secondary schools in terms of shortage and difficulty in arranging teachers to teach Natural Sciences; pay attention to the regime and policies for contracted staff, salaries of preschool teachers, and retirement time of preschool teachers to ensure better staff and quality of child care and education.

Voters of Vinh Tien commune (Vinh Loc) requested the National Assembly to consult with competent authorities to consider reclaiming agricultural land in the Ho Dynasty Citadel Heritage Area because currently the agricultural land in the Ho Dynasty Citadel Heritage Area (3.5 hectares of agricultural land of the People) is borrowed by the Ho Dynasty Citadel Management Board for excavation and archaeology; after leveling and returning the land to the People, the agricultural land is facing difficulties in production and cultivation.
Voters of Vinh Quang commune (Vinh Loc) proposed that the National Assembly and competent authorities consider preferential credit policies for households with average living standards to help them reduce difficulties and escape poverty sustainably.
Voters of Vinh Long commune (Vinh Loc) proposed that the National Assembly give opinions to ministries, departments and branches to pay attention to investing in the drainage system of National Highway 217 and National Highway 45, which currently does not have a drainage system along it. On National Highway 45, from km30+150 and km30+500 in Cau Mu village and Beo village, Vinh Long commune (Vinh Loc), households on the roadside have built houses, the floor level of the houses is higher than the National Highway, the road does not have a drainage system, so every time it rains, the road is often flooded for many days, causing traffic insecurity, difficulties for travel and people's lives.

Voters of Thach Thanh district proposed that the National Assembly consider and issue preferential credit policies for households with average living standards to help them escape poverty sustainably, because according to the current multidimensional poverty standards, the number of poor and near-poor households has decreased sharply every year. After escaping poverty and near-poverty, many households still face difficulties in accessing capital sources; proposed to consider allowing people in communes in regions II and III recognized as new rural villages to extend preferential credit policies for another 2 to 3 years, helping people stabilize their lives and develop sustainable production and business.
Voters of Thach Thanh district also requested the Central Government to consider, provide guidance and allocate resources to support the subjects in the district, in order to create conditions to improve housing and improve the quality of life for subjects with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs who need housing support in the period of 2021-2025.

Regarding investment support for the construction of a new rural district, voters proposed funding support for the construction of a road project between Thach Quang commune (Thach Thanh) and Luong Noi commune (Ba Thuoc); funding support for the construction of a road project between Thanh Minh - Thanh Vinh - Thanh My communes (Thach Thanh).
Regarding land, voters and people of communes in Thach Thanh district proposed that the National Assembly Delegation have opinions from the Vietnam Rubber Group to agree on the policy and direct Thanh Hoa Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. to review and hand over the land area of all the above cases to local management, as a basis for local authorities to carry out procedures for granting land use right certificates to households according to the law...

On behalf of the National Assembly Delegation of Thanh Hoa Province, delegates Bui Manh Khoa and Tran Van Thuc respectfully thanked the voters for their sentiments and trust in the National Assembly Deputies.
