
The activity was held before the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, term 2025-2030. Also attending the ceremony were members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and delegates from a number of wards and communes.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and heroic martyrs - those who heroically sacrificed for the independence, freedom and happiness of the people, for the longevity of the Fatherland. A minute of silence was held to express deep gratitude for the great contributions of previous generations.

After the flower and incense offering ceremony, the delegates went to each martyr's grave, burned incense in memory, expressing the gratitude and morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" of the Party Committee, government and people of Ho Chi Minh City towards the nation's outstanding children.
Next, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc and the delegation came to offer flowers and incense in memory of President Ho Chi Minh and President Ton Duc Thang.
At the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City Branch, the delegation observed a minute of silence and respectfully offered flowers to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of our Party and people.
The delegation expressed their infinite gratitude and sincere respect for President Ho Chi Minh's great contributions to the cause of national liberation, national reunification, and building a peaceful , independent, unified, and increasingly prosperous and developed socialist Vietnam.
At Ton Duc Thang Museum, the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ton Duc Thang, the leader of the Vietnamese working class, a shining example of diligence, thrift, integrity, and devotion to the revolution and the people.
