On August 25, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism signed a decision to establish the Vietnam Sports Delegation to participate in the 19th Asian Games with 504 members, including 337 athletes, 90 coaches, and 11 experts. The Vietnam Delegation will compete in 31/40 sports and 202/483 events of the Games, striving to win 2-5 gold medals and at the same time striving to have many athletes meet the standards or qualify for the 2024 Olympics.
