Here, students have the opportunity to learn about the recruitment situation and requirements for human resources working at Korean enterprises, directly apply at the booths, thereby creating the premise to expand career opportunities right from school.

Mr. Luong Van Thuan, Director of SR AI Joint Stock Company, said that the company participated in the fair to look for engineers in software technology, project management and Korean interpretation. For the software technology industry, the company recruits interns and engineers with 2 years or more of experience with starting salaries of about 10 million VND/month and over 1,000 USD/month or more, respectively.

As a business operating in the field of Blockchain and AI, SR AI needs personnel with in-depth knowledge in the industry and a serious and hard-working attitude even when not working at the company.

According to Mr. Jeong Ji-hoon, Vice President of the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (KOCHAM), since the two countries established diplomatic relations in 1992, Korea and Vietnam have continuously expanded economic cooperation. As of 2024, the total investment capital of Korea in Vietnam has reached about 87.4 billion USD, making Korea the largest investor in Vietnam. Investment from Korean enterprises does not only stop at traditional industries such as textiles and garments but also spreads to high-tech fields such as electricity - electronics, pharmaceuticals, information technology, etc., contributing significantly to the modernization of Vietnam's industry.

In particular, in the Central and Southern regions of Vietnam, there are currently about 4,000 Korean enterprises operating. Large corporations such as Samsung Electronics, CJ, Lotte, POSCO, Mirae Asset, Shinhan Bank... are directly creating jobs for more than 1 million Vietnamese workers, making practical contributions to economic growth and expanding employment opportunities.
