On the morning of May 17, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law organized the program "A day as a student of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law", attracting more than 400 students and parents from Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces to attend.

As one of the parents who arrived early, Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Tien (District 8) said this was the second time she and her daughter participated in this program.

"Although I am very busy, I still arrange to go with my child. This does not mean I do not trust my child's choice, but it is a way for me to understand my child more. Each generation will have a differenteducational program. I myself have learned a lot of useful things from these experiential programs," said Ms. Tien.

Nguyen Phuc Minh Khue, a 12th grader at Hung Vuong High School, excitedly said that this is the university of his dreams. However, getting into the school was not easy. Khue has strived to have good academic results in 3 years of high school, registered for the V-SAT exam and got an IELTS certificate. "I feel very proud to have my mother with me, thanks to that, I feel less pressured in the upcoming exam" - Khue said with a smile.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Thanh (District 12) said he took a day off from work to visit Ho Chi Minh City University of Law to learn about the curriculum and scholarships.

He said that his family had financial difficulties, but that did not stop him from pursuing his dream of becoming a lawyer. Mr. Thanh did not want his son to have to look for a job right after graduating from high school.

"I dropped out of school, so I don't want my child to be like me. When I heard the teacher talk about scholarship programs to support disadvantaged students, I felt more confident. I hope my son can get into this school," Mr. Thanh shared.

Besides learning about the school's "hot" majors, many students are also interested in job opportunities after graduation and the opportunity to study abroad at a low cost.

Master Vu Dinh Le, Deputy Head of Admissions Consulting Department - Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, said that the experience program is an annual, free activity, aiming to create conditions for high school students to directly learn about the school, learning environment, clubs, job opportunities after graduation... In addition to parents and students, this event also attracted a large number of independent candidates to participate.

It is expected that the school will announce the receipt of applications in early or mid-June.
