Rename the 500kV Central Gas Turbine Transmission Line Project

Previously, the Institute of Energy ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) issued an official dispatch on renaming the 500kV Central Gas Turbine - Doc Soi Transmission Line Project according to the VIII Power Plan. Accordingly, the 500kV Central Gas Turbine - Doc Soi Transmission Line Project according to the VIII Power Plan was renamed to "500kV Central Gas Turbine - Doc Soi Transmission Line".

The project section in Quang Nam province has been agreed on the route in Document No. 3671 dated June 27, 2019 of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province and is in the investment preparation stage, preparing a pre-feasibility study report for construction investment.

The project is managed and operated by the Central Power Project Management Board (CPMB) under the investor, the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT).

After the name change, the route of this project remains the same as the agreed route. The coordinates of the corner posts and connection points of the power line in the province remain unchanged.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the Departments of Industry and Trade, Planning and Investment, Natural Resources and Environment, Construction; the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province, the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district and related agencies and units to review the documents and procedures related to the 500kV Central Gas Turbine - Doc Soi transmission line project to update the project name or advise on adjusting the project name in accordance with regulations.
