According to GSMArena , Samsung has just announced good news when pre-order sales for the Galaxy S25 series in its home market of Korea have reached a new record, surpassing the previous generation.

Specifically, there were 1.3 million orders for the Galaxy S25 series in Korea alone, an increase of about 10% compared to the Galaxy S series launched last year. This number is still lower than the record of 1.3 million orders achieved by the Galaxy Note10 series in 2019, but it is still a significant success, especially in the context of the fiercely competitive smartphone market.

Among the orders, the Galaxy S25 Ultra version accounted for the majority with 52% (equivalent to 676,000 units), showing the special appeal of the highest-end version. The Galaxy S25 accounted for 26% (338,000 units) and the Galaxy S25+ accounted for 22% (286,000 units).

In terms of colors, Korean users favor Titanium White and Blue colors for the Galaxy S25 Ultra (these two colors are quite similar), while the Galaxy S25 and S25+ are popular in Ice Blue and Silver Shadow.

The Galaxy S25 series is currently available for pre-order, with some lucky customers already receiving their devices. Official sales will begin on February 7 in 120 markets globally.
