QUANG TRI-S: Quang Tri 's advanced digital citizen platform

Behind the success of digital transformation in Quang Tri, the Quang Tri province digital citizen application (QUANG TRI - S) plays an important role.

This application is designed to provide important warning information from the government to the people, while integrating smart utilities for easy exploitation and use by people and businesses.

QUANG TRI - S currently has 18 main features, including Public Services, Opinion Surveys, Transportation, Health, Education, Environment, Agriculture , Tourism, Digital Museum and Warning Information.

Among them, the Field Report feature stands out, allowing people and businesses to report problems in the community, thereby helping authorities quickly resolve them. This application aims to build a green, clean, beautiful, safe and civilized living environment.

Practical benefits for people and government

For the people, the QUANG TRI - S application provides the ability to send comments, suggestions, and track the progress of resolving issues of concern to them. Public service utilities in various fields are also provided quickly and conveniently.

For the government, the application helps record, manage and handle local issues through transparent data. The government can quickly convey information about new activities, policies, and emergency warnings to the people.

In the future, QUANG TRI - S will continue to be expanded, with new features such as VNeID, tourist maps, primary school admission lookup, and online radio. In particular, the application will be upgraded with flood maps and automatic local flood warnings.

"Digital front" creates connection between officials and people

In parallel with QUANG TRI - S, the digital platform "Digital Front" of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Tri province has also shown clear effectiveness. This platform supports the work of the front and socio-political organizations, with 5 synchronized software from the central to grassroots levels.

In particular, through this system, Quang Tri has become one of the first provinces to complete the construction of the database and apply it in practice.

To increase efficiency, the Provincial Fatherland Front has mobilized grassroots youth volunteers to guide people in using the platform. Propaganda work has been promoted, focusing on helping people access software to reflect and process opinions, while encouraging officials to use ChatbotAI to support professional work. In the third quarter of 2025, the Provincial Fatherland Front's Digital Transformation Steering Committee organized 24 online training courses, with the participation of more than 1,000 officials on document processing procedures and the use of the "Digital Front" software.

Digital applications and digital platforms in Quang Tri are proving their importance in all areas of life, from government agencies to mass organizations.
