The representative of the Front Committee of Ward 57 said that in recent times, the ward has proactively promoted, mobilized, and implemented many movements and models, which have been well received by the people, contributing to building a united, safe, civilized, and affectionate residential area. In addition, the ward always pays attention to social security work, taking care of people in difficult circumstances.
Regarding digital transformation, Mr. Dinh Thai Hoang Sang - Party cell secretary and head of the community digital technology team in Ward 57 - said that the team is operating effectively, directly guiding people to carry out administrative procedures. This brings more convenience and ease, especially for the elderly who are not familiar with information technology and performing online public services.
Mr. Nguyen Cong Chanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Hoa Ward - said that currently, all 60 neighborhoods of the ward have a community digital technology team. This team includes: secretary, neighborhood chief, Front Work Committee, grassroots security force, local police and students.
From November 1, the neighborhood and the local police have instructed people to go to the neighborhood management office to carry out administrative procedures online if needed. Here, people will receive tax notices and be instructed to install the tax payment application via bank accounts, and will also be supported to install the application to reflect security and order issues so that the authorities can handle them promptly.
After November 15, the ward will go to every alley and knock on every door to guide people. The ultimate goal is to help people complete digital transformation procedures.
At the National Great Unity Day of Hamlet 3 (Xuan Thoi Son Commune), Mr. Tran Van Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Ho Chi Minh City highly appreciated the achievements of Hamlet 3 such as: the hamlet no longer has poor or near-poor households; people's lives are improved, social security is guaranteed, social security is taken care of...
Regarding digital transformation, Mr. Tran Van Tuan stated that it is necessary to provide the right guidance to people. Older people with smartphones are often hesitant because the internet has both good and bad aspects, and they are easily trapped and lured. The community digital transformation team, whose members are trained, directly communicate, and guide people.
The guidance needs to be in line with people's actual needs such as looking up career information, how to use social networks, use useful applications, connect to network systems, make online payments via personal phones, etc.
