Long Thanh Airport project components 1 and 2 are both under construction, following the completion plan in December 2025. It is expected that the overall project will be completed in December 2025 and on December 19, many major projects will be started and inaugurated.
Deputy Prime Ministers will directly remove difficulties for the project.
With the results achieved, the Prime Minister said that we not only achieved the set goals (3,000km of highway and 1,700km of coastal road) but also expected to inaugurate the highway from Cao Bang through Lang Son, to Hanoi, to the Central region, Ho Chi Minh City and to Ca Mau on December 19.
To achieve this goal, he requested that construction be organized in the spirit of "overcoming the sun and rain, not losing to storms and winds". Provinces and cities continue to pay attention, and local secretaries and chairmen do not leave investors, contractors, engineers and workers alone on the construction site.
He assigned the Deputy Prime Ministers to continue to inspect, review, and remove difficulties and obstacles related to some large-scale expressway projects such as Dong Dang - Tra Linh, Huu Nghi - Chi Lang, Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang; and contractors to immediately adjust construction methods.
