Traffic jam causes The Cong - Viettel match to be delayed by 1 hour

The match between PVF - CAND and The Cong - Viettel had to be postponed for 1 hour because the army team arrived late to the field.

On the evening of November 8, The Cong - Viettel Club is scheduled to play against PVF-CAND in round 11 of V-League 2025 - 2026. According to the schedule, the match will take place at 6:00 p.m. at PVF Center Stadium - Ministry of Public Security (Hung Yen province).

The Cong - Viettel moved very early from their headquarters in Hoa Lac ( Hanoi ), about 3 hours before the match (ie 3:00 p.m.). According to regulations, the teams must be present at the stadium 90 minutes before the match to warm up and complete procedures.

However, in the afternoon of the same day, there was a large traffic jam due to G-Dragon's concert.

This caused the car carrying the coach and players of The Cong - Viettel Club to not be able to arrive at the stadium on time. PVF-CAND Club organized a warm-up but then had to let the players rest because the opponent had not arrived yet.

The Cong - Viettel Club, PVF - CAND and Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company (VPF) quickly discussed with each other and proposed flexible response plans to the unavoidable situation. The three parties agreed to postpone the match by 1 hour.

The Cong - Viettel finally arrived in time to warm up and play. Fortunately for the two clubs and the organizers, the match was able to proceed normally.

Before round 11, The Cong - Viettel ranked 3rd on the V-League 2025 - 2026 rankings while PVF - CAND ranked last. PVF - CAND is determined to find victory again after 8 rounds of draws and losses.
