70% practical work experience
According to PV College, this is the first course of the program. This course gathers 60 excellent students, selected from nearly one hundred typical candidates from member units in the Petrovietnam system.
During 18 months of comprehensive training and development, students will participate in the program following the 10:20:70 model (10% formal training - 20% interactive learning - 70% practical work experience), equipped with modern leadership and management skills, innovative thinking and digital transformation...
In addition, students will be equipped with a system of basic management skills and core knowledge of business administration; updated with modern management trends, aiming towards multi-tasking management capacity, suitable for the context of digital transformation and global integration.
In addition to the content of modern and diverse knowledge and skills, the program supports students to improve their English proficiency through a modern electronic learning system and personalizes their learning and career development path with the accompaniment of coaches throughout the training and development process.
One of the most important parts of the program is practical training through work, with close connection between Petrovietnam, students and units.
This training model not only helps students develop professional capacity and leadership skills in a real-life environment, but also enhances adaptability, strategic thinking and confidence in managing work.
Will expand recruitment to potential young personnel outside the system
The program is expected to enroll students annually, and in the following years will expand the selection to potential young personnel outside the Petrovietnam system to diversify high-quality human resources.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Le Manh Hung, Chairman of the Board of Members of Petrovietnam, said that the training and development program "Future Leaders of Petrovietnam 2025" marks an important first step in the journey of developing a young leadership team, demonstrating the group's strong commitment to standardizing, rejuvenating and professionalizing the leadership team in the era of energy transition and digital transformation.
