Groundbreaking ceremony for a nearly 4,000 billion VND marine eco-tourism project in Ha Tinh

The Xuan Hoi Marine Ecotourism Project has a total investment of nearly 4,000 billion VND, planned as a high-class resort complex, making Ha Tinh a new marine tourism center of the North Central region.

On the morning of September 23, in Dan Hai commune (Ha Tinh province), Xuan Hoi Joint Stock Company (a member of Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Xuan Hoi Marine Eco -tourism Area project.

This is a key project to welcome the 20th Congress of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Xuan Hoi marine eco-tourism area has a total investment of nearly 4,000 billion VND, a scale of 92.33 hectares in Dong Luong area, Dan Hai commune, with the following items: 5-star hotel - resort with a scale of about 600 rooms; resort villa area and commercial service street, entertainment, seafood cuisine ; marina, theme park, sea square, beach and large green space - water surface...

The project is planned to become a high-class resort complex, becoming a high-class ecological marine resort destination, making Ha Tinh a new marine tourism center of the North Central region.

In addition, the project also creates thousands of stable jobs for local workers during the construction and operation phases, opening up opportunities for starting businesses in tourism, culinary, and commercial services.

After completion and operation, the investor commits to using advanced wastewater treatment technology, solid waste management, increasing green space and water surface to preserve the ecological landscape of Xuan Hoi sea.
