On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Vietnam University of Fine Arts (1925–2025), alumni of the Faculty of Fine Arts Education organized the art exhibition "Flow" at Art Space (42 Yet Kieu, Hanoi ), from August 4 to 10.

The exhibition is an emotional reunion of former students - artists, lecturers, and art researchers who have grown up from this school. Since their student years, they have strived to become famous faces of the country's fine arts. Some have created and organized many exhibitions and art projects of regional and international scope. Some are lecturers and researchers in fine arts training institutions across the country, with prestigious academic titles and degrees.
“The Flow” has received the attention of many painters, sculptors, art critics and teachers who are teaching at the school. Mr. Chu Anh Phuong, Head of the School of Fine Arts Education, shared: “We are very proud and grateful to have studied and grown up at a school with a rich tradition - the Indochina College of Fine Arts, now the Vietnam University of Fine Arts - the cradle that has produced many talented painters, sculptors, and art critics, representing the country's fine arts. Today's success of the faculty's alumni is inherited, nurtured and developed from the school's ever-flowing tradition, from the dedication of previous generations of teachers and lecturers, and the tireless creative spirit of the next generations of students”.

“The Flow” brings together 56 authors, all former students of the Faculty of Fine Arts Education, with 70 works. Each author brings a unique emotional nuance, expressing their style and personal views on life and art. The works show that they are not only good at their profession but also have a rich social life, always keeping up with the breath of the times.
Some of the typical artists in this exhibition include: Nguyen The Long, Nguyen Minh (Minh Pho), Do Viet Khoi, Trinh Thi Thuan, Dinh Van Cong, Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung, Nguyen Dinh Hop, Dang Hiep, Trinh Thuy, Ngo Hai Yen, Nguyen Van Hung, Dang Cao Cuong, Le Thu, Bui Van Tuat, Ngo Binh Nhi, Vu Hiep, Vuong Le My Hoc, Luu Bao Trung, Duong Tuan, Vu Muoi...
The exhibition is a tribute and a connection between generations, arousing the artistic spirit and fueling the passion of young students. “The Flow” is an affirmation of the pioneering role of the Vietnam University of Fine Arts in training, preserving and developing the country’s fine arts over the past century.
