On the morning of June 3, a working delegation led by Comrade Doan Minh Huan, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, conducted a field survey at a number of locations where projects were being implemented in the province.
Also attending were comrade Tong Quang Thin, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches, Ninh Binh city, Hoa Lu district, and Xuan Truong Construction Enterprise.
The Provincial Party Secretary and the working delegation surveyed and grasped the spatial planning of the extended Old Quarter and the project to invest in building infrastructure for Trang An Cultural Park. The project has been approved for implementation with an area of over 300 hectares, including many functional sub-areas such as: green park area, service area, hotel, road and waterway traffic system, etc., contributing to promoting and preserving cultural and historical values, protecting the environment, meeting the entertainment needs of the people, attracting tourists, and promoting socio -economic development.
The Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation listened to representatives of departments, branches and enterprises report on the progress of implementing a number of related projects, difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process, especially in site clearance.
Next, the Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation visited a number of archaeological sites in the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Historical and Cultural Relic Site, and visited the Dinh and Tien Le Dynasty Cultural Heritage Exhibition House, which currently preserves many valuable historical and cultural artifacts, marking a golden period of more than 1,000 years of the Hoa Lu capital.
The working delegation conducted a survey of the area where the investment project to build the Provincial Museum is expected to be implemented; projects at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Historical and Cultural Relic Site and the direction of conservation, museum and restoration.
Field survey activities are an important basis for the province to promptly orient, lead, direct, remove difficulties, speed up the implementation of works and projects, contribute to preserving, restoring and promoting the historical and cultural values of the ancient capital, while promoting socio-economic development in the province.
