According to observations by a reporter from Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, right from the beginning of the road connecting to National Highway 51 (near Nhon Trach Junction), the road has many potholes and large craters. The further inland, the worse the road becomes, with countless large potholes that collect water when it rains.
There are stretches of road, hundreds of meters long, where the surface is completely damaged, forcing people to walk along the edge.

Ms. NTK, a resident of the area, said that the road has been damaged for a long time due to heavy truck traffic, causing water to accumulate during the rain and thick dust during the day, significantly affecting the lives of the people.
Recently, the road has suffered serious subsidence, with some sections riddled with potholes, making travel very difficult, especially at night.

According to observations by reporters on the morning of November 12th, the road has many houses and residents living nearby, so there was a lot of traffic.
The road is narrow and severely damaged, yet it is used by many trucks, including container trucks, posing a high risk of traffic accidents.
