Novaland Group's Aqua City project has had its planning locally adjusted.

(DN) - On June 18, Novaland Group announced that the area where the Aqua City Project is being implemented in Long Hung commune, Bien Hoa city has just had its local planning adjusted.

This is a positive result after efforts from the Government, ministries, branches, Dong Nai province and investors in removing difficulties for real estate projects.

Specifically, on June 16, the Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee signed and issued Decision No. 3782/QD-UBND and Decision No. 3786/QD-UBND on approving the local adjustment of the detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 for the component projects of the Aqua City Project, including: Aqua City Urban Area and Aqua Waterfront City Urban Area.

Also on June 16, Bien Hoa city issued Decision No. 3781/QD-UBND on the dossier of the task of adjusting the detailed planning 1/500 of Cu Lao Phuoc Hung high-end commercial service urban area, Tam Phuoc ward (Phoenix subdivision). It is expected that the dossier of the detailed planning adjustment project 1/500 will be approved by the end of this month.

With the above-mentioned approved decisions, the Aqua City Project has completed its legal documents in accordance with regulations, ensuring consistency between planning levels. This is an important condition for the project to continue its implementation.

The Aqua City project has a scale of more than 1,000 hectares, is the largest real estate project in the province and is the "survival" project of Novaland Group. Up to now, the project has handed over more than 900 products to customers. It is expected that this year, the investor will continue to hand over about 440 more products to customers.
