Dream Home Bien Hoa Riverside project with 30 floors has environmental documents approved

According to the decision, the province's environmental protection requirements include: wastewater and garbage management; solid and hazardous waste management; ensuring noise and vibration during project construction and operation. Investors are required to take measures to reduce negative impacts on the environment and comply with environmental protection regulations during project implementation.

Dream Home Bien Hoa Riverside project has an area of ​​about 9.3 thousand m², of which the area of ​​land for apartment construction is 7.8 thousand m², including 30 floors, maximum 922 apartments, capable of accommodating more than 2 thousand people. In addition, within the scope of the project there is also a commercial service area and kindergarten.

The project's environmental protection works are: a wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 560m³/day; a domestic waste storage area (garbage collection room on basement 2) with an area of ​​10m²; each apartment floor has a domestic waste storage room with an area of ​​2m²; a hazardous waste storage area with an area of ​​10m² near the wastewater treatment system; and a green area of ​​about 2,000 m².

The total preliminary investment of the project is more than 1,352 billion VND. The project is divided into 2 investment phases: Phase 1 from January 2024 to December 2025 will complete investment preparation and land procedures; Phase 2 from January 2026 to December 2029 will be constructed and completed.
