Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway project through Dong Nai needs more than 86 hectares of land

According to the Decision approving the Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway Construction Project under the public-private partnership (PPP) method, the project has a total land use demand of more than 500 hectares, of which the section through Dong Nai province is more than 86 hectares, and the section through Lam Dong province is more than 414 hectares.

At the same time, in the project implementation area, it is necessary to change the purpose of using more than 145 hectares of forest, including natural forest and planted forest. For the section through Dong Nai , it is necessary to change the purpose of using more than 3 hectares of natural forest and more than 38 hectares of planted forest. The section through Lam Dong province needs to change the purpose of using more than 97 hectares of natural forest and nearly 7 hectares of planted forest.

The project's site clearance will be divided into 4 sub-projects. Of which, sub-project 1, compensation, support, resettlement (including technical infrastructure) in Tan Phu district, Dong Nai province, has a value of more than 419 billion VND from the state budget, implemented by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee.

The Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway Project is nearly 66km long, including nearly 12km through Dong Nai province and nearly 54km through Lam Dong province. The project starts at the intersection with the end point of the Dau Giay - Tan Phu Expressway Project in Phu Trung commune, Tan Phu district, Dong Nai province; the end point is at the intersection with Nguyen Van Cu street, Bao Loc city, Lam Dong province. The total investment of the project in phase 1 is more than 18 trillion VND.
