Outstanding policy credit balance by the end of May is estimated at 5,100 billion VND.

According to the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Phu Yen Branch (NHCSXH Phu Yen), last April, the branch and its affiliated transaction offices disbursed more than VND243.7 billion, with a cumulative disbursement of nearly VND672.3 billion in the first four months of the year for poor households and other policy beneficiaries in the province to borrow capital. The total debt collection turnover in the month was nearly VND151.4 billion, with a cumulative debt collection of nearly VND453 billion in the first four months.

As of April 30, 2025, the total outstanding policy credit balance of the whole province reached more than VND 5,037.7 billion, an increase of more than VND 92.3 billion compared to the beginning of the month and an increase of more than VND 219.3 billion compared to the beginning of the year, corresponding to a growth rate of 4.55%.

Policy credit activities continue to be maintained with high quality. The credit quality scoring results in April 2025 show that the average total score of the whole province reached 98.55 points, classified as good. All 9/9 district-level units achieved good results, in which Tuy An district led the way (99.41 points), followed by Song Cau town (99.29 points), Dong Xuan district (99.22 points), Tay Hoa district (98.82 points) ...

Currently, Phu Yen Social Policy Bank continues to monitor and urge transaction offices to complete the disbursement plan of policy credit programs according to assigned targets. Striving to complete 100% of the credit plan by May 31, 2025, in which the social housing loan program will reach at least 35% of the growth plan. It is estimated that by this time, the total outstanding policy credit balance in the province will reach VND 5,100 billion, a growth rate of about 5.85%.
