The resolution reaches every household.

In Long Quoi A hamlet, the women's group continues to maintain a revolving fund for purchasing health insurance. Each person contributes a small amount; those who need it first receive it first, and others continue the cycle. This simple act helps many families alleviate their worries when they are sick, especially those who are still struggling. It is no coincidence that many models of the Long Phu Ward Women's Union have been sustained and spread throughout the community. This is the result of concretizing the resolutions of the Party and the resolutions of the women's congresses at all levels through practical methods that meet the needs of the people.

The entire ward currently has 7,928 female members, accounting for over 69% of women of eligible age. With such a large force, the Women's Union focuses on essential needs such as health insurance, employment, living environment, and childcare. Currently, the area maintains 13 regularly operating models, attracting hundreds of female members, notably the "Turning Plastic Waste into Money" model with 21 members, the "Revolving Fund for Health Insurance" model with 10 members, along with many effective women's savings groups and religious women's groups.

These models all stem from practical needs, are simple to implement, easy to participate in, yet bring concrete benefits. As a result, the association's activities are no longer just a movement, but have become an integral part of the daily lives of its members and women. Ms. Nguyen Thi Truc Linh, President of the Long Phu Ward Women's Union, stated: "Models must originate from the practical needs of members, bring concrete benefits, and be close to their lives for them to survive and develop sustainably. Only then will the resolutions of the Party and the Women's Union be effectively implemented."

According to Ms. Linh, Women's Union officials must implement the "three together" principle (together listening to what women say, together explaining things so women understand, together doing things so women follow). This close relationship creates trust, helping members actively participate and maintain the model. Through this approach, resolutions are no longer dry, rigid content, but become concrete actions, present in every family, every clean and beautiful street, and in small but lasting changes in people's lives.

Substantive action

A highlight in Long Phu ward is the transformation in the working methods of the Women's Union, from launching campaigns to taking concrete action with specific targets and measurable results. In 2026, the Union set goals such as helping 10 women's households escape poverty each year, supporting at least 3 women in starting businesses, mobilizing 15 families to meet the criteria of "5 no's, 3 clean, 3 safe," and ensuring 100% of women and children who are victims of violence receive support.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Phu Ward, commented: "The Women's Union of the ward not only disseminates information but also connects it with practical actions. Through this, it has created a clear shift from movement-based activities to actively participating in solving specific problems in the lives of the residents."

The transformation became even more evident when the Association promoted the application of information technology and utilized social media to connect its members. Zalo groups maintained communication and expanded outreach, especially to women working far from home, ensuring that policies were conveyed promptly and effectively. Ms. Nguyen Thi O, residing in Long Quoi A hamlet, who participated in the "Turning Plastic Waste into Money" model, shared: "Since joining the model, my family has developed the habit of sorting waste and keeping our house tidy and clean. These seemingly small things have become ingrained habits, contributing to environmental protection while also providing an additional source of support for those in difficult circumstances."

The proactive, people-oriented, and practical approach of the Long Phu Ward Women's Union is contributing to transforming the Party's policies into concrete actions, creating positive changes in the lives of the people. When people see the practical results, the resolutions gradually become a part of their lives in a natural and sustainable way.
