Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to arrange transportation depending on the number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers registered. Organize vehicle inspections, specifically notify the list of vehicles, vehicle travel time, pick-up and drop-off locations, and assign civil servants to act as focal points for communication and management. Review and adjust plans and operating frequencies of fixed passenger transport routes, and add bus routes to serve the travel needs of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, and people between the two areas after the merger.

In Ho Chi Minh City, survey results show that up to 95% of cadres, civil servants and public employees want to be picked up and dropped off by centralized vehicles after the merger; the need to go back and forth during the day accounts for 83%. To be ready to pick up and drop off cadres, civil servants and public employees from Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau to work after the merger, on June 27, the City People's Committee directed the Department of Construction, Department of Finance, Department of Home Affairs, and the Public Transport Management Center to develop a plan to pick up and drop off cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working at Party, State, Fatherland Front, socio -political organizations and public service units in the area from July 1.

The Chairman of the City People's Committee agrees in principle to organize transportation for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers according to the proposal of the Department of Construction. Assign the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize, inspect and supervise transportation activities, ensuring flexibility, efficiency and savings. The Department of Home Affairs closely coordinates with the Department of Construction to determine the need for transportation vehicles for all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to promptly adjust to suit the needs and actual conditions.

The transportation of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers from Binh Duong to work is over 41km, with 6 outbound and 6 return trips per day, the journey goes through convenient routes. The route to transport cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers from Ba Ria - Vung Tau to work is 77km, with 6 outbound and 6 return trips per day.

In the immediate future, Ho Chi Minh City will organize the transportation of officials, civil servants, public employees and workers from Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau to the city's administrative center and vice versa in two-way form, periodically every day. Particularly, the Ba Ria - Vung Tau route will add trips on weekends. The implementation period of this plan is expected to last from July to the end of 2025.
