Don't drop out of school to pursue your passion.
At the forum, speakers who are entrepreneurs in the technology field shared many practical lessons about the startup journey, the role ofeducation , innovative thinking, leadership and financial technology.
Coming to the forum, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of Deo Ca Group, brought real-life stories and many valuable experiences drawn from his own journey of starting and running a business.
Mr. Hoang reminded young people that starting a business is not a pipe dream, but a journey that requires careful preparation and the right attitude.
According to Mr. Hoang, a young person may not have much experience, but if he knows how to set clear goals, have a specific plan, know how to make cost estimates, manage risks and practice persuasion skills, he can completely take steady steps on the path to establishing himself and his career.
"Education is an indispensable foundation. We must "learn to walk" before "learn to run" to warn young people who are eager to start a business but lack fundamental preparation. If we don't study, how can we work? Don't drop out of school to pursue your passion and don't think unrealistically," Mr. Hoang advised.

There is no such thing as "easy work, high salary"
Speaking at the forum, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Thi Kim Chi said that Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation will open up great opportunities for the young generation.
According to Ms. Chi, students possess valuable advantages such as youth, intelligence, health and time. At the same time, she encourages young people to preserve their intellectual beauty, starting with small but practical actions, gradually realizing their ambitions, and at the same time building a system of ethical and cultural values in the process of establishing a career.
In today's era, Vietnamese students have the opportunity to access modern values of the world: from science and technology, digital transformation to advanced engineering fields such as microchips and semiconductors.
This is the foundation for creating leaps in labor productivity, strongly contributing to GDP growth, improving the socio-economy not only for society and the country.
"The school will equip you with business knowledge. But you yourself must create for yourself a solid foundation of cultural and ethical values. There is no such thing as 'easy work, high salary'; every success must be exchanged for effort, sweat and hardship," Ms. Chi noted.
According to Mr. Tran Nam Tu - Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Innovation (Ministry of Education and Training), the forum not only shares success stories, but is also a place to spread the spirit of overcoming difficulties, arousing courage, passion and aspiration to step out of the comfort zone.
Mr. Tu believes that in the context of the world changing strongly by the digital revolution and artificial intelligence, there is a need for a young generation that dares to think, dares to do, pioneers in innovation and entrepreneurship.
It is necessary to build the university environment into an environment of academics, research and creativity. She noted that students should build a solid system of entrepreneurial values and be ready to face risks.

According to Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Kim Chi, 2025 is a time of profound transformation, marking a journey of innovation in thinking and action of the young generation.
Ms. Chi believes that starting a business starts with career and job counseling, helping students make the right decisions and discover their own potential. This is also one of the important goals of the 2018 General Education Program - focusing on developing students' abilities and qualities instead of just imparting knowledge.
