Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Phu Rieng Commune, Pham Thi Thanh Thuy, said: To effectively implement the programs "5 no, 3 clean", "Women participate in building new rural areas", the Women's Union of the commune has proactively developed a plan and planted flowers on some inter-village roads.

Planting flowers along inter-village roads has created flower routes managed by women. The whole commune currently has 10 new rural flower routes managed by women, each route is 300-700m long, contributing positively to the implementation of environmental criteria in the construction of new rural areas in the locality.

To implement and replicate the new rural flower road model, the Women's Union of Long Tan commune mobilized cadres, women's union members and people to plant flowers along the roads and at cultural houses in villages in the commune.
