On October 8, 2025, at the National Convention Center, the ceremony to honor the "Top 40 Outstanding Private Enterprises" representing 40 years of national innovation took place solemnly, gathering leading brands with the spirit of "think big - do real - contribute continuously". The Top 40 Outstanding Private Enterprises voting program, organized by Vietnam Real Estate Electronic Magazine (Reatimes) in collaboration with the Vietnam Real Estate Research Institute (VIRES), was implemented through two rounds of independent and objective evaluation, with the participation of 50 specialized journalists and a Council of Senior Experts.

The voting and honoring criteria focus on reflecting the economic stature, operational efficiency, innovation capacity and social responsibility of enterprises, aiming to honor typical private units that actively contribute to the development of the Vietnamese economy.
