FLC replaces Chairman and General Director, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen returns to the "hot seat"

ANTD.VN - FLC Group has just changed both its Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director. In particular, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen has returned to hold the position of CEO of this enterprise after nearly 2 years of resignation.

The Board of Directors of FLC Group has just announced a series of Resolutions to dismiss and appoint senior personnel.

Accordingly, Mr. Vu Anh Tuan was appointed by the Board of Directors of FLC as Chairman of the Board of Directors from December 5, 2024, replacing Mr. Le Ba Nguyen who has just submitted a request to resign from this position.

It is known that Mr. Le Ba Nguyen - brother-in-law of Mr. Trinh Van Quyet (former Chairman of FLC) - after resigning will hold another important position at FLC. Meanwhile, his successor is Mr. Vu Anh Tuan - before being appointed as Chairman of LFC, he was holding the position of Member of the Board of Directors of this enterprise. Mr. Tuan was also recently appointed as Member of the Board of Directors since November this year.

Along with the above decision, FLC also decided to appoint Ms. Bui Hai Huyen as General Director of the Group to replace Mr. Le Tien Dung who has just submitted his resignation.

Previously, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen had 3 years as CEO of FLC (from March 19, 2020 to the end of February 2023). She has many years of experience in operating and managing many core business areas of FLC, as well as managing hotels, tourism and resort services, real estate, high-tech agriculture, aviation, agricultural chemicals, etc.

Under former Chairman Trinh Van Quyet, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen held the position of Deputy General Director since 2015 and was appointed to the position of General Director since March 2020. In early July 2022, Ms. Huyen continued to be appointed as Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of FLC.

At the end of February 2023, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen resigned from her position as General Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of FLC. In a letter to employees, Ms. Huyen said that FLC needed a new wind after the past events. “Therefore, my resignation from the CEO position at this time is necessary so that the restructuring process that FLC is aiming for can be successful,” Ms. Huyen shared in the letter.

After resigning, in August 2023, Ms. Huyen held the position of Deputy General Director of Dabaco Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company. In February 2024, Dabaco decided to dismiss her from her position and terminate her labor contract.
