In 2024, Ford Vietnam will introduce and deploy 4-hour or free Mobile Service with a focus on increasing customer convenience to make owning a Ford as easy as possible. The 4-hour completion commitment is realized by technology that suggests suitable locations to locate the nearest mobile service vehicles to customers.

Using connected data and smart technology, the initiative is the first of its kind in the Vietnamese automotive industry to enhance the experience with fast and efficient service anytime and anywhere customers need it. The service has been deployed in Hanoi since November 2024 and has now expanded to Ho Chi Minh City.

Since its launch, the service has become a highlight in Ford Vietnam’s journey to enhance the experience. Every month, thousands of customers trust the service and record positive experiences.

Mr. Do Huy Hoang, owner of a Ford Ranger Wildtrak, a long-time customer, shared: “My job is quite busy so I rarely have time to schedule regular maintenance. Ford provides this service which is very convenient for my personal schedule, as well as ensuring the vehicle's operating efficiency.” Sharing the same opinion, Mr. Le Anh Dung, owner of a Ford Explorer, said that thanks to the service, he also saved a lot of time to do other tasks during the day, and he expressed his trust and will continue to support other Ford services.

From a user survey, Ford has found that the demand for 4-hour Mobile Service is increasing, especially in the context of customers becoming more demanding in terms of maintenance services. The service currently meets a variety of needs such as: periodic maintenance (oil change, coolant, air filter), replacement of worn parts (brake pads, brake discs), belt inspection, battery, air conditioning, tire rotation, brake flush, interior and exterior cleaning and some other repairs.

From user surveys, Ford has seen an increasing demand for 4-hour Mobile Service, especially as customers become more demanding when it comes to maintenance services.

Thanks to the personalized maintenance experience according to the user's needs, the 4-hour Mobile Service is a priority choice for Ford customers. "Since the service was launched, I have used it for the third time and I find it very good," said Mr. Do Cong Duc, owner of a Ford Ranger Wildtrak.
